4" Flex Tap Tees are produced in a state of the art facility with cutting edge injection mold machines using 100% PRIME VIRGIN HDPE resin. Each tap is closely inspecting and tested prior to packaging for superior quality assurance.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Central Plastic Products, LLC (“CPP”) is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, inadequate support, settlement, misuse, or installation workmanship performed by others.

All CPP fittings must be properly supported and backfilled with IDOT CA-15 clean crushed aggregate or equivalent 1/2-inch clean crushed stone to minimize excessive movement, deflection, or loading of the fitting.

Failure to properly support and backfill the fitting with IDOT CA-15 clean crushed aggregate or equivalent 1/2-inch clean crushed stone will void any applicable product warranty.

CPP provides a four (4) year parts-replacement warranty from the date of sale. This warranty covers replacement of eligible defective parts only and does not cover installation labor, excavation, removal, reinstallation, or damage caused by improper installation or settlement.

All installations must comply with applicable industry standards, relevant ASTM standards, and pipe-manufacturer installation requirements.

Flex Tap products are protected by U.S. Patent No. 11,867,335.
